| Driftwood On The Oceanfront |
 The Driftwood has been serving couples and families for over 75 years. It is comprised of 90 rooms and suites spread out in three oceanfront buildings and is located in the prime downtown area north of the Pavilion Amusement Park. With 260 feet of ocean frontage, the Driftwood has plenty of room to spread out on the beach. Umbrellas and lounge chairs are available through a local beach service. Boardwalks and outdoor showers enable guests to easily move back and forth from the beach to the pool area. The ocean-side pool complex has two outdoor pools (one heated seasonally). There are plenty of lounge chairs and umbrellas for guest use. Enjoy a perfect oceanfront vacation at the Driftwood, one of Myrtle Beach's original oceanfront lodging locations.
All rates are based on one or two adults per room. Extra person charge is $6.00 per person, collected at check-in. Children under 12 stay free with paying adult.
The Driftwood on the Oceanfront puts emphasis on comfortable, graceful living in large well-appointed rooms. Each room has remote control color television with HBO, clock radio, refrigerator, telephone, and individually controlled air conditioning and heating. Most units have a private balcony with an oceanfront or ocean view.
**This property requires a two-night minimum stay for arrivals between 10/9/05-12/31/05. A three-night minimum stay is required for arrivals between 5/31/05-8/27/05 and 9/5/05-10/08/05. A four-night minimum stay is required for arrivals between 4/29/05-5/30/05 and 8/28/05-9/4/05.**
