All of the Midtown Theater apartments have a kitchen or kitchenette with a microwave, electric range or hot plate, pots, pans, eating utensils, toaster, coffeemaker, and refrigerator. For added convenience and comfort, each unit also has air-conditioning, cable TV with DVD player, CD player, cassette player, extra towels/bedding, hair dryer, alarm clock radio, iron/ironing board, and direct-dial telephone.
**IMPORTANT: Office hours are 9 AM until 5 PM Monday through Friday. Guests planning on arriving outside of normal office hours must pick up keys at the on-site restaurant up until 11 PM. Guests who plan to arrive after 11 PM must call 1-800-394-1454 at least 48 hours prior to arrival to receive the number to call for late check-in instructions. **NOTE: This is a walk-up apartment that does NOT have elevator access. **No Sunday check-ins are allowed.
